Then I consider it a success \o/ next step : make you laugh XD
I have you beat in unpreparedness, M. I have zero chapters ready and no cover art yet. Between a memorial service this afternoon, my night job tonight, and orientation for my next job tomorrow morning, I am unlikely to knock out my first chapter until Wednesday at the earliest.
Great cover image!...
That's rough, hang in there!
Best of luck! I look forward to reading your entry, whenever you get around to it!

Here it is! My newest child! Please check it out!
But at least you know you want to enter! and I'll be looking forward to it, this will be a hell of a challenge though...
Here's mine. Let's see how it goes this time around.
Everyone’s entries are looking swell! I’m definitely going to have a whole day set aside to just reading all. Here’s mine!
I must say, I'm surprised they aren't letting premium writers enter this time around. I'm curious to see what the results will be. Good luck, everyone, and happy writing!
@Zaboem You can do it! I believe!! Times are tough but hang in there If anything you could split up longer chaps to the shorter lengths of 500 and still qualify~
Here is my entry:
Thank you! Rei-chan of Twinblades did a great job making my book cover!

I thought it was because the premium authors would otherwise sweep half of the competition. They already have thousands of subscribers on hand, and at least some of these readers would auto-subscribe to their new works, which gives them a big boost from the starting line. The non-premium authors would have to place their hopes in getting editors' pick.
Not really... Look at the collection of the first Camp. When it ended there was only one premium writer in the top 20 if I remember correctly.
That's strange...I took another look at the first camp's collection and the novel with the most subscribers (at least currently) is a premium author.
If you want to take a look:
By the end of the first writers camp that author was not among the top five or ten I think, he was below, guess people subscribed after it ended.
Hmm...alright, thanks for letting me know. Guess that just leaves the question of why premium authors aren't allowed to enter this one.
