Not a sketch but I'm drowning in hype so have some backgrounds . I was already freaking out over how much I love Unreal Engine when I found I can also get this "line art" look so if I have some more subtle background shots it can kind look more comic-y. Already plotting to remake all the scenes from Purple Ribbon too - this is just so much easier to work with and does some reeeeeally cool shit.
Eeeeeeeeh, those are so cool!!! some lineart is a nice touch for a comic too
@migxmeg How cool is that. Very useful
@Kelheor @Legendofgenii yaaaaaah! I'm getting really close to "as happy with 3d as I would be with drawing it" hoping to hit that tipping point so I can be guiltlessly lazy forever
Momma hippo with her little one.
The little Shrek ears.
Pip found a hat.
Neatened up the shepherd sketch from a few days back too.
This ain't my first dinosaur rodeo.
When you both show up to audition for the same role in the play…
@Kelheor the art level so good that the big mistakes are so hard to see.
@Legendofgenii this series is so amusing
@migxmeg this looks like major art fuel!
@aqua03 awkward
Lol yeah. Both were really hoping for the role, too!
Designs for Rhys, whose current superhero name is Paladin
@LCT_m_a_d I’m glad. I’ve had some suggestions for different animal centaurs, so I’m working through them whenever I get bored.
@MerrowBros Love these.
Revamping an old series I had that I deleted not too long ago. Just for funsies, here’s the original first page:
And here’s the updated version:
I know it’s just old, but seriously, what in god’s name was going on with the original artwork?
I´m in the middle of figuring out Mia´s hairThe sketch I uploaded before looks too young, she is supposed to be in her mid 20s
@Lensing Ages are so tricky aren't they. My characters either look ten or fifty.
Did a fun little chibi while avoiding work.
Edit: Another doodle.
Request for a Tiger Centaur.
Same character, but bebeh.
Super tricky and that´s exactly how it is
@migxmeg I'm thinking of learning Unreal Engine for some help on my backgrounds too. Were there any tutorials you used for learning the program or did you just jump in?
I loved the one I followed - like 5 hours but very comprehensive. Out for the weekend but I'll link you when I get home
I think I found the same one, lol. It's a bit over 5 hours.
Drawing my character servant in black and white color....
