There is a rewarding feeling after you studied bones and muscles.
I really feel like I´m getting better. Learning the bones of the foot feels
a little bit pointless though because you can easily get around drawing
feet. It´s fascinating though, I love to learn how the human body works
Learning the torso makes sense for everyone who draws figures.
A big one for me is clavicle & scapula. How does the scapula move when
the character lifts their arm and stuff like that.

And then I will imagine people´s scapulas while I drink coffee with them
and they talk to me

I completely relate, haha. Though about the feet, I used to think the same, but I've found myself having to draw bare feet a couple of times in scenes, so you never know.

   I often thought if other people do that too.
I remember the point when I was drawing a lot of torsos and when I had
the feeling of getting how the pelvis bends and I was imagining people´s torso
all the time. I still do that actually.

Yeah, I do draw feet, I drew a couple of love scenes and I can´t make them wear
socks all the time

I know what you mean. Being an artist and studying anatomy gets you some weird mindsets, lol. My partner often gives me funny looks because we'll be watching a show and I'll say something like, "wow, that guy has a really nice collarbone, I'd love to draw it". Or, "that's a really interesting pose, I like how x muscles are moving, blah blah blah". It just gets in your head.

But yes, I am also guilty of the sock hide. Hahaha.

Oh wow - that sounds like a lot of fun! Getting to participate in a local art scene and meet the artists in person definitely sounds like a dream, so excited that you got to enjoy that experience ️.

@Lensing beautiful feet! I can see you're getting a lot more content from the pro course than they go over in the free stuff. Definitely seems like a lot to take in but it's so nice to be confident about them those times that they come up

@aqua03 Aww, that's adorable. :heart_02:

@LCT_m_a_d Thank you! Was a bumpy road ahead so I was starting to panic a little bit to get it done. :joy: Glad to hear the reception went well!

Yea, I found it trying to search for a photo of someone hugging a dinosaur.

The spine, here is where the fun of the Proko course starts for me.
Super important but also hard to get and I think it´s very beneficial when
you understand it and train to draw it and especially to understand the
relationship between ribcage, pelvis and spine.

Well Ive been in the deepest dip cave ever lately, still kind of am, BUT, inktober always draws me out to WANT to try drawing but if i actually get something done is something else... at least it got me to this time start doodling on ideas a little beforehand and see if i can do some of them, or at least ONE of them traditionally, caus i do love drawing with ink even tho im terrible at it :sweat_02:

so here is some sketches for inktober

and i dunno, even if i dont make them traditionally maybe ill try clean them up digitally :triumph:
