Hi people! Sorry for been out but I have been waiting for this markers from Aliexpress to try something different, and look at this things!

I still can't decide if I prefer to color shadows (like the first drawing), or leave white space for highligths (like second picture) -or maybe a secret third thing with both highligths and shadows!

Anyway, first one is Ashley Riot from Vagrant Story, and the second is Jeff and Tony from Earthbound.

People who do traditional and markers, do you any advice, secrete technique, youtube tutorial video? Cheers!
(will try to draw more also)

Another practice sketch even though I forgot the design details for this character and was too lazy to pull up some art to reference. :sweat_01:

I’ve started doing daily sketches to loosen up in the mornings. might as well post them here to promote myself a little. I usually just start sketching and see what it turns into. This is a dragon-bike.
Hope you like my drawings and check out my comics.

I haven´t done quickposes since a while because the portrait practice took all my energy but
I will get back into it.

And a head structure sketch I did today. This took me way too long

Only had time for some random hand sketches today, but I found one of my more decent sketches from back when I used medibang on my phone. I miss that phone. :cry_02:

5 in the morning sketch, I applied some random rendering to the sketch from
yesterday

mmm... I did the white space highliths and shadows this time. Its looks better, but I think that maybe doing the shadows with an actual color instead of adding a grey would be better. Also debating if the dark colors (like the hair) should have white too, or just a brighter version of the color. Whatever I do, I better stick with it, to make it consistent. Also, next time I gonna check that app where I can position the face and light to have better results, because I don't think this make too much sense, even when its not bad xd

Anyone played 'Flower, Sun and Rain'? This is Sumio Mondo. Lovely fella. Maybe I will stick with him for my next exercise. It's easy to draw him.

Today was not good a sketching day and I really had to pull this portrait sketch through

I doodled in my sketchbooks instead of, say, drawing an actual comic even though I have enough scripted now that I have no excuse not to!

I got back to working on that 500 Drawing Prompts book...

And the only thing people care about: More Final Fantasy character sketches.
