Making up for that college ornithology class I didn't get to take, I suppose (the class kept getting cancelled, so I took entomology and invertebrate zoology instead, thus the bugs I draw).

Aaaha. Those are some cool classes - bummer about the cancel, but not so bad if you got to learn all about bugs instead  .

Thanks! This one shot's style is a send up/tribute to Stan Sakai. It can't be said enough, by studying his comics, I've finally locked into a style that feels right to draw. Obviously, I don't do things exactly like his stuff, but having a successful model of an artist with a cartoony style makes all the difference.

If we don't get a nice fight somewhere before the end of the comic I'm going to riot and refuse to draw the rest of it :smiling_imp:.

I can't go to bed, because it's too hot there... also I am sticking to the tablet :cry_swag: Hope the weather is better at your place. The dress practice is absolutely amazing, btw, love the subtle change in the fabric :heart_01:

@renaissancebadger love their look! Makes me think they are android, but kinda... ancient? Maybe they or their master traveled back in time? I guess the pattern makes me think of Ancient Greece ^^

Also my sketch for a day, guess the character :information_desk_person:

Thank you :). That sounds... ughhhh rough, unrelenting heat is so demoralizing. Your sketch says it all :smug_01: "determination through the pain". It's been raining around here, which is cool by me.

God, yes, talk about the heat. We're cooking over here in Maryland, any given day is anywhere from 70 to 90 degrees, and if we get as low as 60 it's cause another storms on the way.

We're practically melting!

Poor doggos  oh, I love this sudden series of fancy outfits :smirk:

Doin’ our best! I got a headache tellin’ me a doozy of a storm’s on the way so maybe it’ll cool down soon.
