Sorry about all the stress you are going through. Here is a method to organize oneself that may help you, specially when the ammount of tasks is huge:
prioritize your tasks in this order:
1-urgent and important stuff
Make sure to have short 15 min breaks every 45 minutes to clear your mind. Don`t use the computer unless neccesary for the task at hand.
If you have the time, take a nap, your body will appreciate it and work better.
Make sure to talk about your emotional state with people you trust and a professional if neccesary.
