Thoughts on posting your comic to different sites?

Hey y'all, your friendly neighborhood goblin here- just wondering if anyone has any experience with sites other than LINE Webtoon, BeComics or Tapastic? I'm looking to expand where I post Sixty-Four (for that sweet, sweet exposure y'all) and wanted to know if anyones had much success elsewhere.

The only downside is that after a certain point, it becomes a hassle keeping all your mirrors up to date. If you don't mind the extra work, go forth and multiply!

I post on my own site, Tapas, Webtoons, and Comic Fury all for different reasons.

Own site - it's good to have a home, just in case a platform dies one day (Inkblazers) or has an unacceptable TOS change, etc.
Tapas - Well, we're all here...
Webtoons - Big userbase, no real need to self promo
Comic Fury - These days, the only reason I keep that one updated is a couple of regular commenters who reside there. (Despite providing their internal subscribe system, this is less of a platform and more of a host.)

I use Ask Jeeves also and I basically do a bunch to see how traffic works. Where the traffic is best- gets the most concentration. I never saw BeComics until just now. How is the overall traffic there?

BeComics is alright, I'm not super active over there but I helped their founders out with their beta last year and they seem to be doing relatively well for themselves. its an opportunity to get in on a ground-level site before it gets big at least

I mirror on Webtoons, Tapas, and SmackJeeves. I have about 10x the number of readers on both Webtoons and Tapas than on SmackJeeves.

Due to the low traffic, I keep wanting to stop mirroring on SJ, especially since I have to process my files differently for there than for Tap or Webtoons. But I have some regular commenters there, and the SJ mirror is really well-indexed by Google for some reason -- it's the first result when you search for "Camellia comic", whereas my Tap and Webtoon mirrors don't show up in search results at all. For those two reasons (and because I met a good friend on SJ), I haven't bitten the bullet yet.
