Hi! You have some really pretty art, I honestly like the blurring effect you use, and you've got a good sense of color. As for the story telling aspect of things, while you handle it fairly well, I will warn you that this is basically a massive info dump, something that is generally frowned upon in comics, and story telling in general. It's typically a better idea to let information come to light gradually as the story goes on, as stuff like this comes across as cold, and can overwhelm some readers.
The biggest spots you need improvement in, though, are grammar and text. The grammar is off in places, something that could be fixed by a beta reader, or even just a grammar help tool website, and sometimes the text can be hard to read.(specifically the section with white text over the black figures on a white background. The text there fades into the white of the background and is honestly unreadable in chunks) Overall, though, you've got good art, and an interesting looking story.
