It sounds like your problem isn't a particular art style, but overall perfectionism. I struggle with it too, although I've been getting better. My advice is to set a time limit for yourself - for example, set a timer for one hour and try to finish all the sketches for one page in that time. If necessary, enforce it by telling yourself that if you don't finish in that time, you've either got to move on with what you have or you don't get to continue until the next day. It can feel a bit intense to work like that, but honestly there's no substitute for practice - and being faster / more efficient is also something that you improve by practicing.
Also, maybe practice drawing things that aren't polished. Open a sketchbook and scribble in it. Produce crappy things. In my experience, when you lose the fear of producing crappy things, you will naturally be able to move much faster. And you'll usually find that the non-perfect stuff you've made isn't as bad as you thought it would be.
Another thing is to work in batches - rather than sketching, inking, and coloring one panel at a time, sketch the whole page or multiple pages, then ink all of them, then color all of them at once.
If you're looking for a particular art style - that's a really personal thing. Honestly that's something you have to discover / develop on your own, I really doubt other people's advice will be much help. But I guess just look at the various details you put in your drawings and ask yourself which ones are really necessary. And just experiment.
Hope some of that was helpful
