No clue when I actually made my account but I started posting in October last year. Previously, I was room mates with one of the more popular artists on Tapastic and saw her on it a lot which I think is how I sorta found out about it. I made my account while I was living with her but never really posted on it for several reasons. After I moved out, I kind of was asking around DeviantArt where good places to post comics were and everyone just seemed to sorta point to Tapastic, so eventually I caved and finally started actually posting and it's been very pleasant history ever since.

When I saw a ton of people talking about it on #webcomicchat I decided to check it out -- I read up on it, read some good things about the support program at the time, and looked around on the site to make sure there were other comics in my style/genre that had found an audience. I experimentally uploaded the first 6 pages of the comic to see how they would look on the site, intending to lurk for a bit, and immediately got 7 subscribers. I was so stunned that I just kept updating here until the comic was caught up!

I joined in September of last year, so I've been here about 11 months now! : )

I joined last October after reading about it on web comic alliance and so far i have enjoyed it here, but still trying to achieve that minimum goal of 50 subs ( which sounds pathetic considering the size of some peoples followings)

anyhow happy 1st anniversary

Oh thank you! I don't draw any anthropomorphic animals in my comic, though, or at least not yet. Some might show up later.

I have been on Tapastic for a few months now. A friend was(is) posting her comic on here and clued me into Tapastics existence. (Before that I was only posting my comic on smackjeeves😅 )

Whispwill, the King's Folly creator! I completely credit living with her and seeing her work practically 24/7 on her art and comic as one of the biggest motivations to start my own comic back up. :'D It had been on a hiatus for almost two years before I moved in with her.

Heheheee we got here almost at the same time. 2 days ago it came full year for me as well!
I found tapastic while I was digging out different choices on where to publish a webcomic and it seemed like the best choice when I was just starting to put Numb out. So pretty basic story. So far I've enjoyed this site and forum a lot. I didn't even comment anywhere before this forum, but t gave me huge courage boost. Nice place to start, for sure sunny

i found tapastic when someone linked me to a webcomic here, and id never seen an opportunity to publish my own work before, so i rushed into posting my first webcomic - it was sparsely planned and i cancelled it half a year later due to depression getting the best of me. i still read comics here, but stayed pretty silent - now im back w a new comic. woo!

You met Babs Tarr? That's amazing! Her artwork is really good.
I also joined Tapastic over a year ago. I was in a webcomics class and my professor recommended a couple of sites for webcomics. Tapastic stood out from all the other sites for ease of use and modern design. To this day I'm happy with the decision to host a comic here =)

My friend (who's now writing Drananigons) told me about the ad revenue program on here, we both decided to start our own comics here back in april. I joined in march with the intention of starting a project I moved to a comic from a game titled Roon but I ended up starting SPIRE instead after getting too attached to some of my characters.

I was at Stockton Con and someone came up to my table and asked if my comic was on tapastic. I told him I never heard of it and never really thought about posting my comic online, but that I would check out the site.

I decided that posting online would be a good motivator to get the comic started/finished.
Joined in Oct 2015, so I've been here 10 months?

Congrats on your One Year Anniversary!

I joined in 2013 when they were just starting out. I can remember they advertised on DeviantART Forums about it.

I joined back in January 2015 after seeing some comics I was following mirror updates here. I kinda forgot about the site for a long time and only became properly active again this April. :'D Oops~

Happy Anniversary!
We started posting our comic last month: July 3rd. So basically we're just one month. But we've been pushing updates.
I found Tapastic through Google. I was looking for other places where to host our comic and that's how I stumbled upon the site.
I registered last June and started reading comics to get a feel of how the site works, one month later we started our comic too.

I've been on the site for over 2 years now (since my senior year of high school). I first started off with my Uzuki comic strips, and then we started Time Gate: Reaper in November, 2014. Back when I started they still had the Prime program thing (which was very similar to how LINE Webtoons works now, with scheduled updates for their featured series). It was GaMERCaT that got me on the site - I read the comic on Samantha's main site and saw the ad that she had placed for her Tapastic uploads, which were one week ahead of the main site. It's been an interesting 2+ years, to say the least :')

I've only been here since April this year. XD I'm still pretty new. I'd wanted to do a webcomic for a long time, but the only place I knew I could do one was on Comic Fury.

I liked it, for a while, until I realized 10 views a week was really bad exposure, and I saw here I could get over 100 in a single month, it was amazing. I have quite a few subs for being so new here, the layout is modern and easier on the eyes, and the community is active here! I like talking on forums and CF is dead... My friend told me about this place the day I made my first page. I'm glad she did! ^^;b

Been on Tapastic since January. I had heard about this site through diff artists at other various sites, so I checked out this site between November & December of last year, then decided to join.

I launched my comic at the end of May, so it's only been going on for a couple of months. I'm hoping it keeps picking up readers & views..!

I've had an account here for a few months I think
I was kinda badgered into it and I'm not sure if I'm even supposed to be here in the first place X_X

As of the end of this month, I'd have been here for 2 years.
The memory of how I found out about this place is very blurry though.

I've been here for 8 months so far. I found out about Tapastic through twitter.
