Wanting get Artists prices on possible novel cover (Paid)

Introduction: I'm an amateur writer who delves into the genres of YA and Fantasy fiction. One day I will aim to become a professional writer.

Project Details
I have an offline project that I'm currently writing that is close to my heart. Its a teen fiction romance centered in Korea. It will involve teens of chaebol families and the hardships they must overcome while also falling in love. Think for instance a mix of Sky Castle and Twenty-twenty (Korean webdrama)

Paid or non-paid? Collaboration? Partnership?
I'm not considering posting the story until it's fully written on Tapas but I'm just wanting to see what artists would quote for a paid cover so that I can keep you in mind for when I would like to request the cover.

What I'm looking for
The style I would be going for with the cover would be something along the art style of Secret Relationships https://tapas.io/series/secret-relationships/info, Back to you by Honey B on the Webtoon App or Highschool Debut, the manga.

These are most likely close to the poses I would want you to draw.

If you guys could please provide some links to your portfolios or Instagram handles with some examples. Please also include where it is best to contact you for the cover in the future.

I have a pretty flexible style, I haven't heard of the other artists but I've followed Honey B's work since 2015 so I think I have a pretty good idea of what you're thinking!

Oh, @mariannightblade, for the original question: the price for what you have given as an example, which is half a body of two characters in color, would be arround 70 to 90 $, but it could be more expensive if you contract famous or experienced artist.
