You make money on your own full-time job that is separate from comics. Comics are not your business, you said yourself that it is your hobby. A hobby is something you do for fun and self-satisfaction, not to please others. If you truly think that, it's incredibly sad.
And yes the topic is about why our stats are TANKING, not have never been there at all. Like Beta said, more people used to find, read and enjoy our comics. Around October last year, Webtoons changed their platform and now we're suddenly not seen as much anymore. It's not because readers aren't interested in our series, it's because Webtoons changed their rules. And they could do it again. You say you spent a lot of time figuring out exactly what webtoons likes to promote and how to get visibility as fast as possible, but tomorrow morning Webtoons could decide that suddenly they don't want to promote fluff manga romance, they want to promote action fantasy adventures! Suddenly, from one day to the next, your views would plummet into nothingness and mine would sky-rocket. Webtoons can change their minds, and their algorithm, anytime they want. That's why a better way to work is not trying to figure out how to get most out of the algorithm... It's figuring out who wants to read your kind of stories and advertising your comic to them.
