Started walking on the treadmill a few weeks ago and I feel like I'm feeling a lot better...I also feel like I'm starting to lose a few pounds(on the treadmill for an hour and burn about 300 calories, plus get my cardio and legs back in shape). It's a bit of a drag to get started, but once I'm going I feel good. Right now I'm doing it twice a week, but I may try to get to 3 days per week.
That's the one I'm trying to get accomplished. Had my Ko-fi since 2017, but I've just been really bad about drumming up interest or attention for it.
