i was a little baby baby back then so I don't remember many but i know for a fact that i lived on Humongous Entertainment and then the handful of easy educational games my 'rents got so in no particular order (and i'm getting the names from the cds we still have and my fuzzy memory but-)
Putt Putt games like Saves the Zoo, Goes to the Moon, Joins the Parade and Putt Putt and Pep's Baloon-o-rama
Fatty Bear's Birthday Surprise
Pajama Sam's No Need to Hide When it's Dark Outside
The Aurthur's Reading game
Get Ready for School, Charlie Brown!
this maisy game which our teachers had in our elementary school comp lab

and then whether it counts as a game or not idk but KID PIX which was a sort of drawing program that our elementary school comp lab also had and i loved and i'm a firm believer was kinda my intro to digital art even if my adolescent brain didn't know any better (plus it had funny sound effects)
