I'm reminded specifically of Emily S Keyes, who quite literally blocked me on Twitter, despite me only complementing on her pick on a Deiselpunk book. Even if somehow that author were like her domestic abuser or something, I literally have no way of knowing that. And when I looked at her reasoning not signed in, it was merely because I had commented at her at all.
This is not who you choose to represent your books.
So there is no excuse for that behaviour, it's like Donald J Trump blocking his constituents.
It's kind of douchey to recommend people Twitter anymore anyway, do to the fact it's quite literally committing suicide as a social network, becoming increasingly filled with propaganga from the left and the right.
They had decades to prepare for American fascism, and yet it's only now they saying anything. Once social media already collects their data.
