What do you LOVE to draw?

Faces. I love drawing faces. I really enjoy doing different expressions and reactions. I also like drawing people in general, it's fun to figure out how to get the body to express what the character is thinking just as well as the face, just differently. Both are extremely important, and fun! I also like coming up with interesting clothing and accessories (weapons etc.). These would probably be my favorite things to draw, but I do enjoy drawing most things (excepting crowds). Also, I'd just like to say that a like your art style. It's refreshingly different then a-lot of styles I see out there!!!!

@Hexigate I don't see very many people who enjoy drawing technology, so it's cool to find someone who does. As far as things a lot of people don't like to draw... may I suggest crowd scenes?

Some of the things that I love drawing are dynamic poses and action, cartoonish facial expressions, glowy lighting (electricity in particular), weird/surreal creatures and detailed environments.

But as for my absolute 100% favourite thing to draw? That would be:

CROSS HATCHING

And just hatching in general. It's so, SO much fun for me to do. I can't get enough of it!

I so hear you on complicated lighting... I just realized how much I love drawing it. Especially with back-lighting...

I also like reflective metal.

I like drawing cute/rounded shapes, even if I swear at myself later when I have to ink it...

I don't mind technology as long as I can draw it in a way that suits my style. I.e. drawing a Gundam would probably suck, but if I can draw a more organic/rounded mech, I'd be fine.

I like drawing hair, even though I often struggle with it. When it comes out right though, it's chef's kiss

I love drawing wide-eyed/puppy-eyed expressions (if that wasn't obvious from my comic).

I love drawing space

I love drawing lips

I love drawing hands even though I'm actually not so great at it.
