Super long webcomics are something I always advise against, especially for newbie webcomickers, yet I still end up making comics that are too long. XD Daniel was meant to be a much shorter story than the 9+ chapters it's becoming.
I also have a hard time staying interested in one idea, so I have to take MONTHS to make sure I'm going to stay into it enough before making anything substantial out of it, and even then my interest can be iffy sometimes.
I notice my mind has a hard time 'processing' an epic tale set in a vast, unique world, especially when it involves focusing on many characters. I feel like I can easily lose track of what's happening with elaborate stories/settings. I work better focusing mainly on a small group of characters set in a relatively familiar world, I've come to realize...
....yet here I am trying to get into making a dark fantasy novel of a pretty epic scale. XD I just want to try 'cause I always wanted to, though I'll be focusing on a select group of people most of the time.
I'm also pretty terrible at writing political issues, IE coming up with reasons for why a war is happening.
