What do you use descriptions for

I've seen a few different uses such as general commentary, screenplay snippets etc..

In my descriptions I try to reveal some of the personal intermediate processes involved in developing the artwork.

Sometimes to ask questions, other times to just give my two cents on what's going on.

If I have an announcement, I'll put it there. If I have a funny comment, I'll put it there.

I like the idea of breaking down the process of the current work! May try to start doing that myself P:

I don't really have any constant thing that I do. Sometimes I'll make little announcements, other times a really dumb joke at my page's expense, or if I found anything about the creation period particularly harrowing, i'll use the comments box to do a bit of complaining lol.

i think i usually slap on whatever ramble i relate to the page... usually its a bit of a joke about whats happening, or something abt the process. if theres smth i need to tell ppl, like abt a scheduling change, thatll take priority tho.

As a new creator here, I use them to talk about stuff that I can't outside, to show them that I'd like to talk about what happens to my story, or know if they understand what's going on??
Like everyone said, I would use them for saying what happened or the progresses of the pages and stuff you know.
I also would use them as a note from me like you can see in mangas. So, the readers would understand in a better way. ;o;7

Most of the time, I can't think of anything to say, so I just leave the description blank. But sometimes I use it to comment on some behind-the-scenes info or poke fun at my older pages, lol.

Sometimes I wonder if I should try and come up with commentary for every page? But like I said, sometimes I feel like I don't have much to say, or that my commentary would detract from what's going on in the comic. So idk.

Every day when I post a new comic to my blog, I write about it. So I just cut and paste that to my description here on Tapastic.
