Finally finished the ramen joint- unfortunately there isnt enough space to put the neon "We're Open" sign and the balloons I saved from Festivale. I'll figure something; I still got the confetti machines(2) and I want to incorporate those as well.

Also spruced up some other areas of my island on Sunday; moved the Giant Robot and Monster statues to the back rock platforms...then I put the pirate paraphenalia on the right side of the island and the outdoor rock bath on the left.

Still trying to find the perfect stepping stones...

Sky: Children of the Light finally became available on the switch so I've been playing it since yesterday and it's so pretty~

I don't know what I'm doing most of the time but flying around and looking at all the colorful shiny stuff has been putting a smile on my face plus the occasional interactions w other players. But the whole thing is almost dreamlike flying through clouds and restoring spirits. I don't think I'll be able to get even half the cosmetics it seems to have but it doesn't matter because I'm just having fun soaking in all the animated prettyness

I just finished Donut County, it's a great game for super-casuals (like me) and I'd recommend it!

Now that I have a computer that can run games decently, I'm catching up on some of the stuff I missed from the past few years. Namely Sekiro and the new DOOM games. Holy crap they're so pretty my computer can actually run things now it's amazing.

Growing pink & orange tulips on ACNH...happy with joy coz it brings me that much closer to stuff like the green mum and the blue rose. Game is still kinda ticking me off coz it hasnt brought any of the higher priced beetles to my island; I've been going off-island to look for them.

i changed my mind sky game went from really cute and cozy and happy to nightmare fuel (at least fir me). first it was the barrens and it's giant centipede esque monsters and then eden where you're trying to revive fallen spirits who've lost their lights and if you lose all of yours you basically become one where you're just looking at a dimmed screen and the faded vision of the rocks that pelted you to nothing but a dim husk

i just wanted to play silly songs on my little harp, fly around, and look at the clouds not experience a simulated form of death....it's even got the hollowed out audio to top it off so it's just crushing rocks, deafening winds and the weak sound of your characters "voice"

edit: looked up a tutorial and you are supposed to die as after whatever other players are around also die all of you and whatever lost spirits you saved are reborn which cool i guess but also playing this fir the first time and seeing it was starling and jarring to say the least so now i gotta go back in a finish the quest or whatever...

playing more sky game and i'm in tears knowing i can't get the little prince cosmetics they have available on the bright side i've finally figured out how i'm supposed to navigate eden and have a higher rate of success in terms of saving lost spirits and getting more candles. the only thing i'm struggling with now is figuring out where to find all the winged lights/stars throughout the game

I would be playing Red Dead Redemption 2 but I was a dumbass and didn't check if my computer was good enough. (It isn't D:)

I had a similar reaction to that, only that I shed a little tear at the end because I was so immersed in the moment! xD It really is a beautiful game though :3

Aside from Sky, I'm quite enjoying Monster Hunter Stories 2, though I am taking my time with all the games I haven't finished yet because of my current workflow. I know, one day, in a blue moon probably, I will finish P5S as well

MOAR building on my island on ACNH- made bicycle & electric scooter rental spots:

Had to bop one of my villagers on the head a couple times because they kept getting in my way while I was trying to create the spaces...

Just this morning I found I grew an orange lily(put a black lily & yellow lily together) and an orange cosmos(put a red and yellow cosmos together). Waiting on a third pink tulip...

still playing sky and it's dawned on me that i'll hve to go back into eden for more of those special candles on the upside i've found many a new spirit and am slowly understanding some of the side quest things

OH and i've finally figured out how to play puppet from the ib ost on my little harp so i like to bang that one out every now and again if it's quiet. my next goal is undertale's it's raining outside and like the first three/four notes of megalovania (i just wanna see how ppl react to the latter tbh) i wanna figure out old puppet and maybe garry's theme from the ib ost but the notes keep messing me up and then there's not a lotta sheet music resources for sky specifically (just the usual piano or like proper sheet music)
