Sometimes my dreams feel so real I don't know anymore which is the dream and which is "reality"
I dreamt I was executed by being thrown to the ground and having metal rods shoved into my hands and behind my right ear. I was a prisoner of war apparently.
Woke up with dents on my palms, reddened right ear, and I was heavily breathing.
I also had dreams where I became lucid. Once that happens, I can get any superpower I want or just "exit" and it all becomes a movie.
Also has dreams of alternate realities. One time I was super poor who had to eat out of the trash. Another I was elite top 3% wealthy who can actually pull strings in the government. I had the power to make the police look the other way to "protect" people I don't want to be arrested. Another I had 9/10 model tier woman as my wife and she was part of a big family... Another I had 2/10 wife and I was a corporal in the special forces...
I can go on and on... Point is, it taught me how to not to be too attached to the "reality" I am experiencing now. Because it's all a vapor.
