This morning the bus driver yelled at this kid for only putting in 3 quarters "Hey! You only put in 3 quarters! Students have to pay 75 cents!"

So... I learned that 3 quarters is not equal to 75 cents?

In another topic where a creator was asking for feedback some folks were saying the art had issues with the "uncanny valley." I had never heard of this term before!

It means when something is very realistic (typically a robot or digital AI) but something is off just a bit to make you feel uneasy. Apparently there has been a lot of interesting research on it! Not sure if the art in question really had that feeling to me, but it was an interesting new thing to learn about.

I learned that people show their love in different ways either by saying it or doing something. It doesnt always have to be gifts. Words are just as powerful <3

I've learnt that centipedes eat bats. They climb up cave walls, hang from them, catch a flying bat and sting it, infusing it with a powerful venom that kills it instantly. Then as the bat's flesh liquefies, they eat them. Centipedes also attack and eat roaches, frogs and even mice. Sometimes mice win in a battle due to their agility, that allows them to dodge the stings and wear out centipedes.
