What makes your art stand out?

I don't really know if it does, but if it does, then I don't know what about it stands out to people. I just never got that kind of feedback to know what or how.

Mine would definitely be my line detail! People have brought it up before and I'm often complimented on hair in my drawings. It's just so fun to do :3c I would also suggest that OP's heavy linework and lack of black makes the art stand out much more than the ear style :0

My style is still being fleshed out! For my comic, Osca . But, I feel as the art evolves in skill and stylistically. I'll have a childlike playfulness to my style. My style has influences from various manga--like One Piece, Lupin the 3rd and various other mangas.But, a more realistic approach.

Lol these are things we feel about ourselves. Having a style is one way to be unique. Eventually we learn what makes us different from other artists.

For sxample I do all my pencil, ink and screentone work by hand on paper. That makes me unique in that not a whole lot of people work that way. I know a few who do though. The way I work amd habits I have help me find my own personal voice.

You do not need people to tell you what your style is, you can decide that. ouo

For me it's the thick nose shadow, bold lashes, vivid colors and the smile shape.

My art tends to be colorful and cartoony. I think it looks best in cell shading but I think people like the soft for my comics more I'm not sure. If I do a furry comic it will be cell shading.

Well, all my characters look similar and I like using gradient backgrounds.

I get a lot of comments about having 'clean lines', and some say my style either reminds them of Naruto or Disney. Not sure where the latter fits in because I was never inspired by Disney but it's what people have said. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Heavy, dark lines:

everything else changes, but that aspect is always the same.

Whenever I try drawing without outlines, I really don't like the final result.

I've been told once that one of my most distinctive features are the jawlines I draw! And I really like how specific that is? I can definitely see it though, especially in this sampling of overwatch fanart I did.

I've also noticed just livestreaming that I have a fairly angular way of drawing much of the time, even if the character has curves.
