My hobbies are:

  • Reading
  • Writing stories
  • Walking (I like myself a nice walk outdoors)
  • Traveling (I need to go out of the country at least twice a year)
  • Drawing
  • Fashion (I love Japanese street fashion and putting outfits together)
  • Making desserts

Video games rule! Just bought a Nintendo Switch and am anxiously awaiting its arrival. I also like books and, it's a bit weird, but I love riding on public transportation. I'll just sit on my local train for hours reading or writing.

I play the piano, collect pins, and paint badges and mini canvases

I enjoy sketching on public transit.... my mind goes blank and I can draw more freely.
What city are you in?

1) Video games, Rpgs mostly
2) Playing D&D with by bug on Thursdays.
3) Reading manga & comics
4) Watching the nature out my window (dreaming of things to do outside.)
6) recently bought a real violin thinking it was a prop ( I am going to learn to play it!)

What are yours?

I teach violin and piano lessons after work and I used to play in the local city orchestra. I was on the equestrian team in college, and kept a very casual interest in riding horses after I graduated. We recently moved into the city proper, so I don't have horse neighbors any more (my neighbor let me exercise his horse every afternoon for years). So that hobby is out...

Now? My hobbies include:
*Sleeping
*Eating
*Chasing toddler
*Being a zombie

I mostly do:
1.) Collect and play classic games. (Going through Paper Mario 64 right now.)
2.) Baking. Nothing relaxes like baking.
3.) Geology. Rocks are super cool.
4.) Just like @Redsheis above me, D&D on Thursday!
Then everything else besides that is either work, school, or writing/drawing my stories!

Some of mine are:
1) Reading (Love learning about new things)
2) Gym, I love working out.. too. I feel thee same that it. it clears my mind and makes me feel alot better

My hobbies other than making comics are:

Airbrushing- Yeah, I play with paint and spray it on anything dumb enough to sit still.XD I did paint on a lot of bike frames and hopefully one of those isn't stolen.XD

Video Games- Mostly handheld... My 3DS is custom painted because of the airbrushing hobby. XD

Fabrication- Anything to do with molding or casting. Making something with fiberglass or carbon fiber, casting keychains with resins, etc. If I can't buy or find it, I try creating it.

  • Playing games. Mostly play for story line. They can be counsel, PC, or mobile. I play daily.
  • Avatar/Petsites. I've jumped around a few. Mostly on Gaia now days.
  • Mermen, I love mermen art and I keep up a group on DA for them.
  • Watching science, nature, space, paleontology kinds of shows on Youtube. I also watch other things too.
  • doing my webcomic.

General physical activity, hiking, video games, watch Anime.

Most stuff is common.

1: poetry. cuz i gotta be that nerd. slamming is really fun and theres lotsa opportunities to make a quick buck so its a great skill for me
2: technical theatre. (that nerd) i particularly love prop making tbh but ugh, sound design, lighting design... i even love being stagecrew. the only thing i dont love is stage management. sm respect for sms bc i CANNOT do that shit
3: thats... kinda it, but i also like cycling, and i dabble in synthesisers but im bad at music ://

Gaming xD

In the evening I'm usually qued for dungeon runs on FFXIV while drawing.

-Watching LPs
-Toy collecting
-Drag Queens
-Film (from a creative/production aspect)

Gym - My partner and I started working out last year and it's tons of fun. Unfortunately we both got pretty sick from different issues so we're starting from rock bottom again, :\
Martial Arts - My partner and I took up lessons to learn self defense and gain first hand knowledge to put into stories. We're going for our blue belts pretty soon here.
Tandem Biking - My partner is going blind and used to love mountain biking so I suggested we get a tandem bike. We were tackling some huge hills last year but again, we got sick. This summer had been too busy or too smokey go out. >_>
Resin Crafts - I picked up some craft items and when I'm not busy/ can save enough for some resin product I'm gunna dive into it and start selling some things on etsy.

Playing video games, mostly JRPGs, watching anime, reading manga and working with horses(although that's both work and hobby).

  • Watching Let's Plays
  • Hiking (though winter is on it's way sadly ;; )
  • Camping
  • Reading (fantasy and/or manga mostly)
  • Watching TOO MUCH anime/cartoons
  • Playing games (mostly otome games since I can play them on my phone. don't rly have much time to play on consoles or PC)
  • Writing
  • Baking (when I have time x__x)

I mostly enjoy making comics but I also enjoy:

  • I make fan art/commissions from time to time (recently started getting into 18+ stuff for some reason)
  • I enjoy bad movies (Death Note, The Room, etc.)
  • I sometimes play video games (mostly JRPGs)
  • I recently started to enjoy baking desserts (which also somehow got into my comics)
  • Spending time with my cats
  • I like to collect anime figures (I mostly prefer Idolm@ster, Tony Taka, and Nendoroid figures)

Here's mine:
1) Writing many different things (because I'm one of the editors for the school newspaper).
2) Video games. I intend to master EVERY SINGLE console. It's a big dream, but I wanna do it.
3) Comics. Even though the only comic books I read are Suicide Squad, Trese (Pinoy Comic), Kikomachine (another Pinoy comic), and Skyworld (and another one...).
4) Staying indoors. Trust me, nothing gets better than that. You have an entire room to yourself, and you don't need to speak to anybody.
5) Sketching. I try.

My amount of hobbies has been sliced down recently, and I only do the ones I REALLY like now. They include...

-Drawing (obviously)
-Video Games! (Lots of them, my husband and I collect them and have MOST of the game consoles)
-Reading (Mostly comics, tbh)
-Making AMV's (yes, I still make them pretty often actually)
-I very casually write fanfiction, cause I'm apparently still stuck in 2008. haha.
-I collect dragon statues from local thrift stores.
-Cosplaying. I usually make one to three different costumes for an anime convention I go to yearly.

-Volleyball
-Hiking
-Weights and calisthenics (I hate them, but I do them anyway)
-Occasional meme designing
-Playing with my hound dog

  • Reading
  • Watching TV shows / Movies / Youtube
  • Video games (I'm very addicted to Monster Hunter Stories atm)
  • Does eating at cute cafes count? XD

I like crafts like sculpting and painting. Origami too, since it makes such a great hand fidget. I also spend a lot of time playing video games, recording let's play videos, and editing said videos (making each thumbnail is fun). So, yeah, crafts and video games mostly.

Oh, and tabletop games like D&D.

My hobbies are:
-Play video games.
-Practice kenjutsu (it`s like kendo, but more focussed in actual combat and have more stances and weapons, like 2 swords and naginata)
-Youtube
-Read tv tropes and learn about shows and entertainment in general.

Here are a few:
-Movies, watching and analyzing
-Youtube
-the outdoors

Well I play several instruments, I also enjoy researching and making spreadsheets, tabletop game design, and laying Dungeons & Dragons in the unlikely event that I have enough friends too.

I've always wondered how people grow up playing several instruments. What was the learning process like?

Well, I took lessons for bass and guitar for several years, then taught myself mandolin and ukulele with my existing string-instrument knowledge, and then taught myself tin whistle and theremin with the help of my general music theory knowledge. Currently trying to teach myself piano but it's much more difficult because unlike the others you often need to play two different parts with each hand.
