I have a weekly and daily to-do that I write in fervently xD.
Cause I'm on so many projects the only way i remember everything is to write it all down in only one location.
The more specific and discrete the task, the more likely it'll get done. Especially if I write it daily, even and especially if a task repeats.
And longer projects get broken down in schedules that I make in Google docs or sheets so all my deadlines are in order and then I just have to worry about my week to week handwritten To-do

Followup: So i didn't get it all done cause i was exhausted but the more important things did get done.
50% of #1, did a different little art piece as a gift. Did do some reading, and I did make progress on Patreon work so stuff did get done.. Yey
