So you don't mean BOYFRIEND then?
You mean YOU asked a guy out and he said sure and now you have to come up with something to do?
Like, do you two talk on the phone and learn about each other?
Have you already had those long conversations - the kind where you talk till sunrise or an entire day and never run out of things to say?
Or is this a person you haven't had much contact with?
How old are you (two)?
Real young...adults?
Why is it your job to make sure the other person has a good time?
Are you an entertainer?
You should hang out and whatever you do should be fun.
Keep it simple.
You can have a bad date with a good person and be fine.
(Usually that makes for an interesting story to keep telling for years to come)
You can't have a good date with a bad person and be fine afterwards.
And finally, if you're really nervous, you should probably do more talking and feeling the person out.
You won't be comfortable on the date if you have unaddressed anxieties before the date...
You'll spend the whole night worrying if they are having fun.
