I've been making scramble eggs a lot lately too! They always come out a bit differently each time XD;; cooking is hard indeed. I can't cook most things without having to look up recipes.

It may sound weird but I want to try instant mac n cheese I see made by college students in the US. I tried making mac n cheese once with my rice cooker and it was a glorious mess lol.

I can make good pastas but I don't cook much anymore xD I've been eating a lot of instant food for a couple years now, surprisingly I'm still skinny cuz I eat like a pig sometimes...I can eat a huge bag of smartfood in less than an hour. I disgust myself sometimes xD

Aside from instant shit because I don't have a lot of time to spend cooking.

Rice and meat.

Rice and fish.

Rice and egg.

Rice and boiled vegetable.

Rice soup.

Pho.

Pho with meat.

Yeah... that's mostly what gets eaten in this house... rice, pho, meat, eggs and nasty ass vegetable that I don't know EXACTLY what it is but cook and eat it anyway because it's there to eat. The rice isn't even the good rice. I would kill for a basket of sticky rice, flipping sick of rice cooker rice.

(can't post pictures today cause I already ate)

Mmm pastas <3

Yeah... the pictures I posted above were made some time ago. I've been eating instant foods ever since I got into the groove of uploading comics weekly. I lose weight too by eating instant food. I think it's because the stuff I cook has quite a bit of sinful elements like butter, pork fat, etc. lol

You can post pictures anytime XD

Cooking takes up a lot of time, which is mostly why I hardly cook these days unless I'm craving for something that's not available in take-outs or restaurants. Simple stuff like rice and fish/meat is completely understandable lol.

I don't have a lot of knowledge about Pho, nor have I eaten much Pho. I'm really curious about that. How is it made? open_mouth

Apparently rice-cooker mac n cheese is the shortcut way of making non-instant mac n' cheese without using an oven..?

I made the mistake of using condensed milk instead of evaporated milk. And it tasted... sweet and awful, lol.

I tried to salvage it by adding vinegar. It was bearable for a short while until I had to eat the leftovers the next day. I felt so sick XD

I'm a curry chef. I'll use thai curry paste in anything I like. Though my favorite is red curry (the variety with the coconut milk), I also enjoy cooking red curry rice. Finally found the way to slice chicken thinly.

Yeah pork and butter are pretty sinful xD I can agree. I was never really a huge fan of eating pig but I do like ham with mashed potatoes °^° especially my mom's mashed potatoes. My dad is a major health freak so when I lived with him it was the all natural stuff, even the meat he bought was from organic farms that raise buffalo. I'm almost 22 and practically on my own now and he still gets on my case about what I eat xD

Eggs, chicken, and pasta. That makes up about 75% of what I cook. I fix other meals from time to time, but those make up what I eat on a regular basis.

I usually eat combinations of lean meat/canned tuna, sweet potatoes, nuts, fruits, and vegetables (I have a really weak digestive system so I have to be careful of what and how much I eat), but I do like to cook! Usually different kinds of pasta and soup recipes and Korean dishes. Here are a few I did a while back

A Korean pork dish with kimchi (보쌈)

Korean chicken soup with rice, dates, and ginseng (I just use ginger cuz I'm cheap lol) (삼계탕)

I can make a mean hash brown casserole and I've been told my spaghetti is "pretty bad ass" (I add a lot of colourful vegetables).

I don't have any pictures >.< but my favorite things to cook are mabo tofu, kimchi poke, and okonomiyaki (hiroshima style~).
also, squid ink pasta is always fun! I usually only make it around Halloween, though. Somehow, eating black noodles just seems like an October activity to me ^.^

Well I don't mean to brag, but let's just say I know my way around a kitchen. Specifically, the one at my last apartment. The current one kind of confuses me, so I don't go in it unless it's an emergency. To be honest, I have no idea what the hell is going on in there.

Anyway, the key is to start with quality ingredients, then stop, before something horrible happens, and find someone who knows how to cook them.

Here's my second most popular dish. I'd give you guys the recipe, but it's a secret.

I like cooking, especially desserts... but I don't have always have a lot of time for it, sadly.

@sarahrebecca58
Omg, I love Thai curries! My favourite is green curry but yellow and red are good too as long as they have coconut milk in 'em. I've been eating instant curry, though. Never made one with the green curry paste I had, which I should have. I have some coconut milk that needs to be used so, can you share how you make your curries? smiley

@Savannah
Oh wow. That sounds like a super healthy lifestyle-- something I'm not used to at all XD;; Wait. Have you guys eaten buffalo? lol

@ratique
Never heard of turkey meatball pitas before. What are they like? open_mouth

@allenthomas
That's pretty much what I've been eating a lot lately. The simplest and cheapest of ingredients. XD

@ArtistHan
I just... Wow! Some of these look very similar to the Chinese food I grew up eating-- especially that pork dish (minus the kimchi of course, but that looks like a good combination) 8D. Ey, nothing wrong with ginger there XD Oh, God. I haven't eaten lunch yet and I'm super hungry now.

@WintreKitty
Oh my God, I want hash browns. The closest I can get here is McD's hb but there isn't even a McD's in the town I live in DX Also, I want me some badass spaghetti. What vegies did you put in? Bell peppers? XD

@Cielle
Wow! Okonomiyake always seems pretty complicated to make to me. I should try it one day smiley Eh? Where do you get your squid ink from? I've never seen them in stores in the places I've been to open_mouth

@Zanreo
Yeah, cooking always takes time T_T. Otherwise I'd be cooking up a storm more often.

Sure, i'll need to find a way to get a color picture though. Red Curry Fried Rice is my favorite.^^

One down side now though, is unless it's like some Japanese place in the mall, fried rice you'd get at a buffet doesn't quite feel the same anymore cause one gets used to spicy food.
