Mostly the same, but somewhere on the middle, after creating the arcs, and creating each chapter centric theme, I check if the story respect the 'Hero's Journey'. It doesn't have to be a perfect match with it, because some paths can be repeated a couple of times, depending on how many arcs will have the story, but I still must be able to say where they are.
After that, I am ready to check if all the flow of chapters is good, if I need to add more, or delete somes.
Finally, when I am set with the chapters quantity and central theme for them, I do the script for chapter one, and start drawing.
Yep, I don't have the scripts for every chapter, but that is only so I can permit some kind of fluidness into the process. I might change somethings during the drawing process, and add it into the next chapters scripts, without destroying nothing, as I have not yet fixed any scripts.
After creating the buffer, I start submitting into the site, and profit.
