For example: I saw this "cat ladies thing" meme, what's its origin?

Just gonna point out that the cat is named Smudge and he has an entire instagram page of his own.
Those ladies are from a Real Housewives show, sidenote, the blonde lady always starts a fight with everyone then turns around and cries about no one liking her. And that cat is idk.
What's his insta? I must follow him.
I also just learned that the owner, the absolute madman, has also made merch of Smudge.
Whaaaat? It's real! I thought you were joking He really does have an instagram page(But why only 119 post, I expect him to have thousands post)
