@avimHarZ I absolutely agree. Shilin's work is fantastic! There is always such grace and expressive movement in her work that I can never replicate. Awesome compositions and colour usage too. Woo!

Nestor Redondo has been my MAIN source of inspiration for a LONG time. I just get lost in his work.

I don't really know who's inspiring me right now, but I'm so happy to find someone else who loves Darwyn Cooke's work! He's also a great writer too, and The New Frontier has some really amazing moments.

I guess lately I've been looking at Alex Ross a lot. I love his high detail painted style.

I've been trying to emulate it a bit, but it's ridiculous how good he is. It's worth mentioning that he often works with a penciller as well, but his painting style really brings things to life! I recommend checking out Marvels, Kingdom Come and Justice (which he co wrote and painted on pencils by Doug Braithwaite)

Also Chris Samnee is doing some absolutely stunning work on Daredevil lately. Really digging his stuff.

I really dislike the digital gradient a lot of modern comics use. Fortunately there's a bit of a revival of painted and poster style art.

Main inspiration is manga artist Ishida Sui: He's breathtakingly amazing both in his art and writing.
I really love the way he draws his fight scenes, they're very dynamic and the posing of his characters is brilliant.

Ooooh three of my currently most favorite artists were already mentioned,
but there's one artist I recently discovered through patreon and not only his amazing drawing skills turned me into a fan of him, but also his nice personality.

His name is Ross, but he goes with the nickname ' Ross Draws'
He has a youtube channel and posts videos of him drawing his next work, while frequently talking to the viewers in a fun way.
I can't really describe in words how much he already inspired me in this short amount of time.
