Love this topic!
The Scott Pilgrim series by Bryan Lee O'Malley was a big one for me, but since that's already been mentioned, here are some others:
Mark Crilley! Any capability I have for drawing in perspective is because of him. I'm still working on it but my goodness, I don't know where I'd be without his videos.
Disney, generally, but let's go with Glen Keane, specifically, who does some of the most gorgeous character animation ever

Fiona Staples just does the most gorgeous art ever. My gosh. I wish I drew like her. Her work on Saga is well known and amazing, but look! Look how beautiful she made the Archie gang! I can't even. She got the reboot started and the moment she left, something left with her and I miss it.
And by far the most direct influence, Renee Nault. She adapted Margaret Atwood's Handmaid's Tale as a graphic novel and she's up for an Eisner this year. (Yay!!!!) She and my older sister were best friends in high school, and most of my artistic training came from Renee, via the things she taught my sister. If there was a new art supply Renee was trying out, my sister soon would too, and then I would. Aaaaaaand despite trying other mediums later, I still work in ink and watercolor to this day, so something must have stuck.
So that all adds up to THIS (from my most recent episode):
Ink and watercolor characters with bright, Disney colors and hopefully a touch of the penache Fiona Staples has. Or at least, that's what I'm shooting towards some day.
