In general or in my comics? I mean, silly question I have hundreds of ocs in general so i dont think I could narrow that down at all.
SO, in my comics, it's Cyan.
Him being pretty is something that comes up in the plot itself, as well as being used to reveal things about another character. And, in my current remake as well as the original, he becomes fan favorite right quick due to how cute he is.

I think my art style is a little bit too cartoony to make characters look pretty.
But I guess Dai might be considered the prettiest

I think characters can look pretty in cartoony art styles. Like Vanessa in Phineas and Ferb is obviously supposed to look pretty, but the art style is very cartoony lol. I love Dai's expression XD
