Who likes anime? If so, which one's your favorite?

I haven't watched much of anything in the last fifteen years or so but my two favorites are the original Macross and the original Bubblegum Crisis. Still HUGE influences on me in some ways.

I read more manga than I watch anime, but /I love the anime version of the original Dragon Ball.

Mostly because that theme tune is super-catchy.

The current show that has my interest is the new Ushio and Tora (the manga has some niiice inkwork). I wonder if they're going to to animate the entire thing?

I have fond memories of watching Death Note with my mom (who thought Light was hot haha).

Also have fond memories of watching Rurouni Kenshin.....

Of course, DBZ and Sailor Moon were a huge part of my childhood.....

I think the anime I've watched over and over again though has to be Cowboy Bebop.....
Shout out to Trigun (the ending though!!!) and Samurai Champloo (the only anime/show in general to ever get me to watch it by the intro alone [came across the intro on youtube and immediately knew that i had to watch it]).

Yep...that's pretty much it for me. With the exception of Fist of the North Star, you pretty much nailed all of my favorite anime cartoons.

And SNK has become a habit of mine, I started reading it when it was on like book one and now I can't stop until I know the end. I can't chose between the 4.

Of recent ones, I really liked Psycho-Pass and Knights of Sidonia. They're darker than most.

Summer Wars was visually stunning but I didn't like the wolf movie follow-up.
I also like most Ghibli movies, but only up to Howl's Moving Castle. I was pretty let-down with the recent one...
