There was a loud crack as the man's nose broke against the desk. Groaning, he blinked as Williams tied him up, too disoriented and in pain to continue fighting back.
"Here," Tabitha joined them, holding a wad of fabric that she had ripped from her uniform. She grabbed the man's jaw, tilting his face up before unceremoniously shoving the cloth ball in his mouth. "That'll keep you from hollering for anyone, hm?" she said to their victim.
Holl stood by the entrance, half keeping watch, half watching the scene play out before them in a sort of horrified curiosity.
"Da- dangerous," the robot weakly spluttered. "I'm- I'm dangerous."
The giant boot came down on nothing but concrete.
Callahan turned to see if Cal and Flor were okay, relaxing a little when he saw they were. "What the hell could have woken this thing up?" he yelled over the sound of metal groaning.
If the group had the wits about them to listen through the cacophony, they would continue being able to hear the ghostly wailing. It wasn't just an eerie sound; it was a chorus, made up of the tortured voices of many different people. And wherever the Titan went, the cries followed.
