Why does my Art look significantly Downgraded when I upload to Tapas?

I hate this! I draw a really good panel on Procreate at the 940 x 1500 px, but when I upload to Tapas it becomes downgraded and it is so much less sharp!

Does anybody got a fix for this?

Tapas compresses the files to make them take up less space on the servers and to load faster, which causes some reduction in quality. I haven't tried it, but it's possible that if you compress the files yourself with something a site like tinypng or compressjpg so they're already below 300kb, you might be able to get a nicer, crisper result?

This can sometimes happen if your file size is really big. But, this can also be an issue if you draw EXACTLY the size Tapas asks for. You may want to try drawing bigger, shrinking it down, exporting that, and paying close attention to your file size. Good luck!
