I feel like having hands is a requirement for both drawing and coloring, it certaily is for me. If I lose my dominant hand, not only am unable to draw, I am unable to color as well.
Being color blind, I can still at least draw and add in shades of grey.
For me, color blindness is losing one thing, and its something I can easily get used to and find new ways to accomplish.
Losing my dominant hand though means completely having to learn to draw, color and utilize an artistic style with my other hand. Simply put, there's a lot more at hand, pun not intended, with losing that then just being color blind.
