Here we go:

Kafka Ikari (Protagonist!):
A Venator ('beast' hunter) of whom lives with and fights alongside his squad of hunters, the 'Caulfield Squad'. Though he is often withdrawn, preferring to take the role of an observer, he is receptive, and tries his best to understand people if needed. Accompanying his prowess is an unquenchable curiosity, of which is borne from a 13 year gap in his memory.

Jinia Akita:
A softspoken, yet skillful swordswoman - the most skillful sword handler in the Caulfield squad, in fact. Though she expresses a strong and professional aura, she is also considered the Mother Hen of the group, and usually takes care (dotes) on her fellow squad members. She dresses as if she was mourning - an allusion to something more sinister, perhaps?

Christopher Caulfield:
The leader of the Caulfield squad. Though he is talented in coordinating his subordinates, he is also the type to crack jokes occasionally - for someone with many responsibitlies, he is surprisingly playful, yet aloof from the world. He has misgivings about his job, because the beasts he hunts were once human, but he believes the role to be just nonetheless.

Terrence Zhengyi:
The rifleman of the group, who is mostly allocated in the back, or in some support role. Though his main occupation is that of a beast hunter, his real dream is to start up a Cafe. Other than visiting the local arcade to compete in Tekken tournaments, his current aspiraions are to get through every day without dying.

Ayahi Ikari:
Fellow hunter, and adoptive sister of Kafka. Though impulsive and scatterbrained, she acts as the figure that upholds the morale of the squad, keeping spirits high. At times, it can be ambiguous whether her joviality stems from genuine optimism or a vague, persistent sense of anger.
