Y'all looking for BL/GL novel suggestions? 'Cause I am! (You may self-promote!)

Like many of you, I came to Tapas for the comics.

Also like many of you, when I saw there was a novel platform anyone could post on, it was what really sold me to stay. The novel platform is amazing! And Tapas is fantastic at promoting new, promising works.

Personally, I'm on the hunt for some BL/GL novels that aren't premium (at least not yet) that others have read and really enjoy. If that happens to be your own story, awesome! Someone else's? Great!

To keep some order to things, please use this format when adding suggestions to the forum:

This is a great idea! Here's mine, although it's not just BL or GL. Instead it focuses on both, as well as a straight relationship. Check it out if you're interested! (I'm also doing a Q&A now to reward myself and my awesome readers for reaching my small goal of 40 subs last week. Can't wait!)

Why I Recommend it: It's set in Regency England. There's going to be a wendigo. It sounds dope.

After spending months on the site as a reader, I’ve just uploaded the first ep/chapter of my contemporary dark fantasy series.
Name: The Small Town Horror
Type: The main relationship is BL

Why I Recommend it: It is a dark fantasy series with a bisexual main character who has recently married another man. The story focus main character’s struggle to keep his ability to see spirits a secret while encountering other magic users. While the main focus isn’t romance it does explore the main character’s relationship his husband as it is a character driven story.

Hey, I'm subscribed to a daily list of books called goodreads, and I got an ad for Her Elysium at the bottom of my email the other day! I immediately recognized the cover from Tapas! Congrats on getting published, that's so amazing! I guess I could read it for free but I'd rather buy it since you've worked so hard to get here. I know I would want people to do the same for me!

Hello again! I just uploaded my entry for this month's writers camp and humbly invite you to check it out! Long story short it's a love story/mystery between an android and his human friend, but if you'd like a more in depth summary, feel free to read the info below. (And, it's BL, of course. )

Summary: After his parents were murdered by the hands of three Assistants—intelligent, empathetic androids that have replaced most humans in the workplace—23-year-old Ian Starke swore to himself that he would never make the mistake of trusting another machine.

During a night of drinking his sorrows away, Ian gets involved in a street fight soon stopped by Gilbert—a newbie cop who also happens to be an Assistant. As Gilbert lets the other party leave, Ian assumes his arrest is imminent. However, his new acquaintance seems to have other plans in mind. For when Gilbert finally releases him: he treats Ian to breakfast instead of locking him behind bars.

Little could Ian predict that agreeing to pancakes would get him dragged into adventures he’d never thought possible as he and Gilbert learn put their differences aside and work together to solve a case close to Ian’s heart.
