Name: Demon: Book 1

Type: 99% BL

Author: N.A. Carson
Why I Recommend it: I am a fantasy, action, romance and adventure type of reader. For me to truly enjoy the book, it has to have all of those qualities. N.A. Carson is one of my favorites when it comes to these qualities. They add their own unique twist to all of the creatures they create, and their werewolves are my favorite. I've read Demon before it was edited and several times after (A total of 6 I believe). Their worlds are entirely their own which is refreshing. Any time they start a new one I jump right in. If you read it I hope you share awe this book has brought me.

Why I Recommend it: I am quite lucky to be ESmith771's Beta reader for four years now. With each new book, she writes her writing skills improve as if adding five years to her experience level. Just like N.A. Carson, she is unique in what she creates. Her worlds are original, and she always has a way of keeping you on your toes. Her books are dark with main characters that make you analyze them to the most inner parts of their cells. The romance and fluff she writes will also take your heart. Hope you enjoy it! Her latest book Artifical is also superb.

My story currently doesn't have any BL/GL, but I admit I'm curious if I should have any of my side characters be that way. There is one gay character, but he is interested in a straight character. So I was wondering if any of my other boys should be as I admit I am interested in those sort of relationships, being bisexual. None of my main characters are gay or bi, but I think one of my side characters could be. I'm just not sure which one. If you have the time then please check out my story and its artwork and let me know if you can think of anyone.

Why I Recommend it: It's a work that I'm proud of, I've written a lot, and I have more to go! I try to keep each chapter gripping.
Roenan Farrah awakens to a scene of horror in his own home. It's not long before he succumbs to his injuries and is woken up in the hands of an enemy country during a time of war. As he struggles to understand why he is there and why no one seems to harm him, he befriends an enemy soldier and a fellow prisoner of war. (I swear it's not a war story. It focuses on relationships and other things).

Why I Recommend it: I'm a huge fan of books which scratch that itch. You know, the itch for stories you just cannot get anywhere else. And because I love those things, I write those things. Jack of Thorns is a BL story between a bisexual florist and a demisexual earl. The characters are complex, layered, not at all as simple or obvious as they might at first appear to be. The story is darker than it seems (and later books in the series get darker still). Readers have described it as "pure crack".

Also, the twins are my babies and I hate my habit of making their lives hard, even if it isn't that bad. Would recommend if you want modern, everyday romance with a sprinkling of fantasy and a large heaping of fluff.
