Italy mostly does espresso, if you want a normal coffee, you have to ask for longo or americano, and they give you a very judgmental look when you do.
I worked at a coffee shop for a few years, which sold 72 different types of coffee's and 30 types of tea. The coffee was roasted in the store as well. Most of our coffee's came from South America or the Caribbeans. I had nothing from Australia.
The most popular kind was Maragogyp Columbian and most expensive was the Blue Mountain Jamaican. As for tea, standard green was the most popular.
This shop is located in Canada (Quebec more specifically, real close to the Parliament in Ottawa) and I had to learn all the coffee and tea info by heart cause I like neither.
