I portrayed mainly illustrations because for some reason I couldn't find my comic files but yea, that is my improvement, my style of digital art really formed into what it is now this one day on June when I tried something different, saw some tutorials and learned 90% of features of my drawing app I didn't know before lol

The one on the top is from Early 2020 while the bottom one is from this year. Seeing Art improvement really makes me feel proud of myself. Don't compare your abilities to others, but compare yours to what it used to be. <3

it's only been like, 6 months. But I'm already drawing Ruka pretty differently. And if all goes well, and I keep learning, I suppose I'll draw her differently 6 months from now too.
The real challenge is to resist the urge to go back and fix old panels I don't like anymore...

Its really good to remind oneself of the improvements were making, its so easy to forget

its really old art but i like to see the changes from the first idea/concept of my characters of this comic, panels from the very first pages i did and now the latest my style sure has gone through changes

So I dug up my old pre-boot comic of Luma to take a look lol. My proportions did change a bit, the faces got rounder and the eyes got bigger XD. Also I pulled back a lot on the black paint-strokes, lol
