A character that is quick to act is usually a good character at heart but if they do recklessly as you stated they should consider their tactics. I also like how she prides herself into being well dressed and going on adventures.

This was a story idea of mine that I first wanted to submit to a manga contest, then decided to submit to a comic publishing house instead , but I never got a reply. I drew 12 pages for the submission portfolio because they want to see your skills in sequential art but I never went beyond that. I have the entire story developed, but I think I'm not ready yet skill wise to draw a sci fi story yet that relies heavily on drawing futuristic tech. I'd like to someday though.

I remember submitting something to TokyoPop back in 2004 but I never got a reply either. Looking back in hindsight the story I sent it didn't make a lot of sense. Also you don't have to be at a specific level to start making comics. I started in 2004 and my work didn't get good until 2011. So You could use some practice or if its the futuristic style, why won't you try drawing characters and environment from that genre so you could get a feel for the style.

this is hard to choose buuut.... i like this guy alot:

his names Geckie from my comic Robo Hole. hes not my favorite to draw but i really like his personality and the faces he makes. and hes from space and turns into robots which i think is kinda cool

i also have a character from a comic i didnt start yet but i just drew her face and i think she has a snazzy look to her

her names Lante (maybe) and shes a warrior mythologist who has visions of death

Mr. Blueberry (the guy with the eye patch). He's a middle aged man who lives with his two sons in a tiny house and works as a history teacher at an under funded school for magical children.

I don't really have a comic mainly about him and his life but he does cameo in my current comic Crow's Worth. I do plan to have him appear again in a later chapter (Chapter 8 to be exact).

Added: the other guy is Mercury. He is not related but also has weird purple skin. He's a short old man who is in love with a younger man but has issues actually catching his attention. I love him but I doubt most reader would so he might never really appear in anything I write.

Mine would probably be the father of my main character in my comic Legends of Kayal, Talacir the leader of the Griffin Guild. He's a seasoned swordsman, light-hearted, kind fatherly type of guy who loves his children more than anything but also loves his crew. He can though intimidating and terrifying when he is crossed or if you insult/hurt his kids.
He sadly hasn't done that much so far in my comic (I only have 5 pages so far cough cough)

I like Lante, she sounds like she would be a cool character to work with and her powers can create a good character arc if she were to make a friend and see their death.

He sounds like he has a charming personality but, a bit of a tsundere the good kind anyways. If he's on your side you can bet you will have your back.

The older guy with the eye patch you could give him a try in your future work, besides its your work so the audience shouldn't dictate his existence. I think about like this I create characters and stories and the audience is there for the ride.

I do like drawing Mercury. He is a very important character to me and I think he is the first openly gay character I created.

I really do not know much about the "boys love" genre. But what I do know is that the characters tend to be young and pretty. And I feel the "typical" boys love audience would reject a story about a bunch of old guys.

That's true unfortunately but, the young are the target demographic for the "boy love" genre. You could make a mature story where the characters face problems a normal adult would face.

I only have one available (I have several others in the works named Sorren, Alex and Susan Bowie that are still in a sort of rough phase and still being fleshed out. I have nothing drawn digitally yet to show here for them yet)

Our first OCs are like our first pet. They will always hold a special place in our hearts. However, unlike pets we can modify them and characters who proceed them.

I like latest iteration as it is a simple yet effective design. I also like your creative use of displaying her general color palette so it looks like a work of art.
