My work for the pages is fully digital, but when I need to do simple research and create something completely new for my webcomic, I tend to go for traditional sketching to come up with cool designs / ideas.
I'm excited to be part of it for the first time. Still trying to figure out the set of goals.
Happy Friday everyone! My Friday page is now out. This also completes my small goal of first 10 pages published.
In my webcomic INKIN, I have very expressive and loose style in terms of drawing and inking. I think adding monochromatic coloring to it, it really pops and is fun to produce and fits scifi mystery story really well. My work is inspired by 2000 era printed western comics, and then more modern, dig…
Another page is live! Hope you have a great week.
I speak against redrawing. Only thing where I approve that is when you have to do it in order to make your comic fitting for a new medium. For example, creating physical comic out of your webcomic. Otherwise? Waste of time. Loss of history and your origins.
Commenting so I keep up with the future comments, and turn of events.

Good luck creating it!
Im also still too early in my journey with the platform, so Inksgiving is bit of a miss for me. But I wish you all the best with your goals!
Tuesday is a good day! It also is the day my webcomic receives a new page! Here you go: https://tapas.io/episode/2982842
Friday means a new page of INKIN. It will be live in about 28minutes and 21seconds. I wish you all a great weekend! I will spend it with the kids, and have a boardgame night tomorrow.
This is a great example for its use. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you for the responses. Interesting to hear your experiences.
The title has the question of, Have you been to comic convention? I personally haven't yet, as Finland doesn't have too many events. Being rather poor, traveling abroad for such convention is out of my options.
Love your setup! Good taste in little items, just dont go too crazy with those Funkopops.
Batman, easily. He has such good tones to his story, and I always love returning to Gotham city.
My debute webcomic INKIN received it's Tuesday page. I update twice a week. https://tapas.io/series/INKIN/info Genre Action / mystery / soap opera Setting: scifi / cyberpunk
Review on Zodiach Path. The first three episodes were great, I read couple of more further as it seemed to fulfill the first scene. Visually comic is clear, concise and pleasant to look at. The dialogue flowed alright as well; layout is good, but I did feel little emptyness in there (episode 5).…
Plus it is doable for mangakas. Even though their life seems like a harsh road filled with health issues.
While I think Nugtown offers great insight, and encouraging words - there is one point where I would go bit deeper with the train of thought. ..."ambitions of selling (patreon, merch sales) are putting the cart before the horse." - Nugtown I think you should continue to have your Patreon. Ambiti…
Thanks! I will do once my work day ends. INKIN receives new episode in about 5 minutes. [:tapa_pop:]
Thank you all for the great support on my launch. Got some lovely, important comments.
Thank you! And I did sub when I reviewed your novel. [:hohoho:]
Hey sure thing! I shall read it in a moment.
Thank you. [:coffee_love:]
Introduction of Piccolo!
Hey, I am writing INKIN that is action / drama / mystery. I think it does scrape the surface of a thriller. I didn't define it as such, since I am not about all-out action, which I think is big thing in most thrillers ( in movies, at least).
** edit// Thank you all for the great support on my launch. Got some lovely, important comments.** [image] Hello everyone, my webcomic debute is about to happen in few minutes with INKIN. A story of detective Trent Inkin is a brave blend of soap opera and action in a scifi / cyberpunk settin…
