Mojiroo

Hewo~! I'm Mojiroo, nice to meet ya! Hmm, I'm a huge otaku and K-pop fan, but I'm also really shy and quiet >_<. I come from Canada, but I currently reside in the U.S., and I love sweets! I hope I can make friends here with the same interests as I, since I don't have any friends who like webnovels and webcomics TT. I'm also a writer (currently for small visual novels) and an aspiring artist! Well, enough about me! Now, all that's left is, "Who are you?" ^^.

Your art and animation is as coolio as your username! Looks amazing!

I don't need an artist but let me say that your animations are so flawless.

I LOVE YOUR ANIMATIONS PLEASE TEACH ME Seriously though, which program do you use? Adobe?

That's a pretty good thread title, I'll give you that

If you want any chance of getting a valid response, you should probably read this guide on how to make a good collaboration post. You're not going to get a response if all you say is, "Hey who wants to collab? Post your art!" People need to know what you're looking for and what your vision is …

"But you wrote do not steal!!!!!! how is that possible!!!!????? i thought it worked just like saying "Swiper no swiping!" Dora the explorer lied to us "

I went back to doing traditional art in 2018 again after a decade long break. I am especially enjoying copic markers and watercolours (gouache mostly!). I picked it up again to up my art skill and going back to my roots helps a lot. [image] [image] [image] [image] [image] [image]

Even as a digital artist, I still do lots of traditional art: every piece I create, from drawings to comics to animation, has a physical paper trail of inks and pencil sketches. [image] Every once in a while, I still do traditional pieces that are meant to 'stand alone', though. Like this paintin…

Every sixty seconds, a rock is kicked.... Every ninety seconds, a rock is thrown a day During 90% of their lives, rocks are ignored around the world.... To change that, Rock appreciation day was created.....a day to appreciate and celebrate our inorganic mineral friends.......The Rocks :moyai: To celebra…

My level of apathy is through the roof today [:sip:] [image]

Here's a description of Heaven Hunters in my comic's demonic language. lol nobody will be able to read this. :+1: [image]

Hiya! I'm pretty new to Tapas and to the webnovel landscape in general. Before uploading my first book I would love to hear from experienced users of this platform. From what I've seen so far every platform is very different from demographic to preferred genres. Some platforms indulge in review swap…

The ending of a lot of prejudice is when a person finds out their friend(s) are not what they thought they were & have to face how much they'd leaned on a stereotype instead of seeing everyone by "the content of their character".

There's a lot of pressure for people to be shoved into group identities. It makes them easier to manipulate, if they accept the group label & the "characteristics" that are assumed or assigned to their group. Refuse to be labeled, categorized, stereotyped or put into a cubbyhole. Just be who you w…

Okay so I'm not biracial. I'm just white/caucasian. My son is half vietnamese though and is a thing I've had to think about and explain to my girlfriend, who was born in Vietnam. If you're in the US you'll probably always be viewed as the minority part of your race socially and on anything official …

I am biracial. My mom is White (Scotch-Irish) and my dad is White/Guatemalan. Compared to all my siblings I have the fairest features yet my facial structure looks more like my dad's. I sometimes feel very stuck culturally. I feel too white to be latino. Yet I am not really white enough to just be…

I'm from Celtic, Russian, and Aboriginal Canadian/American sources :sunglasses: I keep it real, I excercise each part of myself by learning and practicing traditions from all sides so there's no conflicts

Honestly, I don't see what the big deal is. We're all human so what does it matter if someone is biracial (or more) or not? I mean, I was born in Canada, but my parents immigrated from Greece so socially, I often feel like I'm biracial. Also, there are a lot of relatives of mine who married non-Gr…

It's odd because people are very insistent in knowing what I am. They will get mad if they don't know, then when I tell them they don't believe me and then do guessing games to either guess or tell me what I am because "clearly my parents are lying to me" I didn't get to know my parents cultures, …

I'm "mixed." Father's side: Austrian and Croatian (which probably means there's some Turkish and even Celtic in there.) Mother's side: Ahhh, here's the rub. Spanish and Native American which is often misnomered into "Mexican" but "Mexican" is a country it is not a race. I knew a German guy who w…

LOVE IT!!! Sheku swakweku! I'm an Indigenous Two Spirit artist and this is my first official story that I've finally been pushing myself to overcome me fear of public embarrassment and share! Danny and Bee be my two lil babies :sparkling_heart: The pic is a lot more fanciful than the actual story which is more …

Hi to all the creators of LGBTQ+, BL and GL comics! :rainbow::two_men_holding_hands: This is another self-promotion topic! Tell us about your couple, show a frame from the comic and of course add a link :two_hearts: I begin! I am an artist and the co-author of the manga "Folie". "Folie" is a music boy band, it consists of two artists who are …

lol I am quite similar to yours :joy: hmm yeah I am Biracia... because a whole lot of my ancestors are mixed because of colonizers from other country's coming in  As far as I know I'm Black American and as well Polynesian, I know for sure that both sides are mixed, my Polynesian side is heavily mi…

It's not being rude to feel proud about your heritage, at least I think so. I'm sure we all have interesting ancestors if we dig deep enough

Not answering to main question but just a comment: if the doctor asks you such question, answer as specifically as you can, which mean all of the heritage you know of. It is likely about prevalence of certain medical conditions, so the more info the best. If they don't allow multiple choices and add…

I'm not technically biracial because both my parents are "Chinese", but my dad is not what you'd typically think of as Chinese. His culture and language is more similar to Turkish and he looks different from the typical Chinese and even Middle Eastern folk. I don't know much about his language or cu…

@Mojiroo Not really. :joy: Before covid, we sometimes went to Sweden or took car trips to Germany. I'm used to traveling since I was a child; my parents took me on many vacations outside of Europe when I was little. For me, is rather odd when I don't travel.

For me, race isn't important but cultural and historical heritage (it's a more European view of things). I can look golden-brown when being in the sun long enough and my tan can last for a while longer, I also have some moles. My eyes are hazel like my father. The hair can change slightly depending …

I'm not biracial but my ancestors were immigrants(or rather, exiles) so I understand where you're coming from. Do I say I'm Turkish since I'm a citizen of Turkey or do I say I'm Circassian? I don't know the language, or the dances, or the culture. It makes me sad.

Growing up mixed race it was very well ingrained in my head that people DO NOT like NOT knowing what you are. They will always guess or ask or assume, and some people actually get really angry or frustrated if they can't figure out what you are/ It's a common, very annoying mentality that I guess th…
