Lets see... Lupen the Third!!!! He was AWESOME! Perfect combination between genius and stupidity, bravery and cowardice... Those were good times... I'm old, am I? Well, there's always his "son" Spike Spiegel. He was COOL. The very deinition of COOLNESS. Yeah thats' old too... From OP I really …

Coherence. That all the elements of the story work together for the same purpose, which is the theme. This means also that the plot must be plausible (on its own terms). But just the anecdote is not enough, style is important too (as @natahanstudios wrote above) and has to be coherent with the plo…

Do you think it's odd when they're completely absent from a comic ? Well, there is V for Vendetta. Alan Moore and David Lloyd decided to avoid using onomatopeia; there isn't a single one in the whole comic. It certainly feels wierd and strangely depressing when you read it but, is it because of t…

Well, I fell in love with the Uncharted series, for a reason I can't explain. It just... happened. The genres that I most hate are the shooters and the plataforms... and Uncharted is mostly about that. FF VI is (was?) a wonderful game. I enjoyed that every character has a diferent game system, w…

this is easy for me: Jolly-Roger-den - Ninjas. Versus. Pirates.

Ok. I grew up with Dragon Ball, and I wouldn't be here doing what I'm doing if it wasn't for Akira Toriyama. But my favourite manga is Urusei Yatsura, of Rumiko Takahashi, who I think must be the Kami manifesting itself through the pannels. If I have to point what I think is the perfect comic, I…

Oh, man! You are totaly right. Both are amazing. Quite the hard stuff, however. A trauma is guaranteed.

Wow, yeah, Alita was great. Have you read Ashen Victor? Same author, Yukito Kishiro. This time he draws with a lot of influence from Frank Miller's Sin City. It's beautiful. The story happens in the same universe that Alita, its a motor-ball story.

Obscurity Fighter is an original pixel art webcomic. It’s about a group of obscure fighting game characters from the 1990s who are struggling to get their arcade game into the spotlight of modern gaming. Hey! I was just going to recomend your comic but then I saw than someone has already recome…

If you like dark post-apocaliptic manga I'll recomed you What freedom? by my friend Shayan, whose style I find pretty crazy and intense. And if you liked the Rumiko Takahashi's Ranma 1/2 and Urursei Yatsura, or the Samurai Champloo anime, I'll be extremely flattered if you like also my comic Jolly…

Maybe it's not necessary for you to make your readrs fron IB re-follow your comic form the beginning. You can post all the pages than you got in a couple of days and it will still bein a new comic. Many from IB has done this. This guy Aerinn has done it and he's now super famous.

Let's see. In the begining I wanted to start posting online a western story that I wrote long ago. A friend was supposed to draw it but in the end he quit. Then I started another project, this time written and drawn by me, but it demanded to much time, since the style was very detailed, so I quit. …

Hi, I'm Zico. I also come from IB. Although I'm a vet reader from that site I was barely starting posting my comic, Jolly-Roger-den. I panicked when IB anounced that they will be shutting down but finding this site and this friendly welcome has made me regain the hope. Thank you very much! smile
