I have the same probably where I apparently always look angry. It's made one of my coworkers give me the nickname "Grumpypants." Luckily, we know each other well enough that she knows I'm not really always grumpy and the teasing is all in good fun.

well lol, I've only seen 4.5 years worth of stuff. Although my mom and my stepdad both worked for the same company for much much longer and they have some pretty good ones. They're too long and I don't remember the details enough to post here though.

Let me think. Once, I was working closing shift on self-checkout. Since self checkout is the only option after 11pm at my store, a lot of customers always get grumbly and mad. One night though, this lady in a Frisch's Big Boy (a restaurant) uniform was moaning about it at me, and I explained to her that the company schedules the other cashiers leave at 11pm. She cussed at me about it but I just walked away from her back to my post. This drunk dude using another register was like "you know, I wouldn't be complaining if you guys were out of onion rings" and she turned around and started screaming at him, and it devolved into a screaming match between both of them while I stood quietly hoping they'd shut up and finish their orders so they would leave. By the time I was about to go find the night-crew manager to tell them to quit, the drunk guy left. When the angry lady finished her order a minute later, I turned around and pleasantly said "thank you! have a nice night!" and she was mad like "ohh I will now!"

That's not really the best story I have but I don't have enough space here and I don't want to publicly discuss things my company might not want me to discuss lol.

It's always nice when customers will speak up against assholes when you can't, although in your case it sucks that it turned into a screaming match.

Once at my work (a veterinary clinic, I wasn't there when it happened unfortunately). We had a client come into his appointment and he was told he may have to wait a little while because we had an urgent care come in. Well he got really pissy about it and started yelling at the receptionists. It's not like the urgent care was stable, they had to take it straight back to treatment. Anyway, I guess there was another client in the lobby and she basically told him to shut up because urgent cares take priority. It was pretty awesome even if I wasn't there.

It was kind of ironic though though that she was yelling at the drunk guy about "you don't know what it's like to work really late every night" and I wanted to say "well ma'am, what am I doing right now?" but I decided it'd be better to keep my mouth shut.

When I'm stressed, I either walk around the house screaming while playing random chords on a ukulele, or playing an excerpt of Pomp and Circumstance on a recorder through my nose.

3. My hands are either as dry as a lifeless desert, or as sweaty as the Niagara falls, thus hindering in my manga production.
4. The part in 'Catcher in the Rye' where Holden Caulfield pissed off a taxi driver by constantly asking him where the ducks in the lake went during the winter gets me laughing every time.

I used to work at a clinic with a tech who's allergic to cats. She'd always take benadryl before going into a room with a cat and when she was done working with it she'd lint role the he'll out of herself.

1- I once threw a party in my house without permission inviting to all my classmates from the school in that moment. And it was the first and last moment I ever did something without permission being underaged.
2- I like to eat bread without anything, no cheese, no buttter, not anything, simple bread.
3- Sometimes I can predict the future and has happened 4 important things literally as how I saw them.
4- Once at school I threw a book to a guy who was bothering me while I was trying to study for a test, the dude kept bothering me (though he was bothering me for half year, basically bullying), so I threw the book to him and told him "Would you shut up for f*cks sake?!". He never bothered me again but he ended up hating me and my classmates who were there laughing also got scared of me, I had to apologize but ehhh. Worked.
5- Even though I'm a girl, I dislike wearing mini skirts, and skirts, and anything too revealing.
