My Hero Academia - Based on the stuff you already like, it's pretty likely you'll enjoy this. It's a solid modern shounen series with a likeable cast and a superhero theme.
Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood - It's been recommended a bunch already for good reason. There's a lot of debate about which is best out of FMA and FMAB, but based on what you've liked so far, I think you'll like Brotherhood better, which follows the path of the manga more and stays with a more balanced, shounen sort of tone (the older anime goes off the rails later and gets really intense. It's worth a look).
Akira - It's a movie, not a series, but it's basically a must-see. So many anime and even western animations reference it, and it's good to be familiar so you can spot that.
The Slayers - Okay, so, this is a fantasy series about a bunch of terrible adventurers who deal with everything with ridiculous amounts of overkill. Every season starts comedic and then slides into being surprisingly serious and intense. It's really fun. The original three series are the best ones.
Code Geass - It's a very cool mecha anime with kind of a villain protagonist. Strong characters and an interesting plot full of twists and turns.
Fate/Stay Night : Unlimited Blade Works - You don't need to have seen any other FSN to see this one, thankfully (because it integrates all necessary plot info from other plotlines from the original dating sim). The animation in this is fantastic, and the plot is intricate with iconic characters.
Neon Genesis Evangelion - It's a classic for a reason. It's legit good. Also more accessible than you might think, because it starts out like a fairly standard shounen mecha series...it just goes a bit wild later (not in a bad way).
Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann - This is.... The most anime anime. It's the hypest. The biggest. You will not believe how this series escalates by the end. It makes the power of shounen spirit into a legit battle mechanic and pushes it to extreme. If you like shounen anime, you'll love it.
