I'm actually just a writer and just started working with others on new comics ideas, so no, no comics from me yet, though I hope to show some soon, I write mainly fantasy fictions and though behind on updating (not that don't have the chapters ready, they 're done just need some editing... and was busy with family visiting me...) I'm posting the Divide United and Mermaid treasure up here on Tapas
I'll definitely consider making the discussion with my brother into a comic XD Will ask my artist working with to help!
I do have a novel series playing off in all places of the world the second book starting out in Cape Town. The series is called Of the Sea the 1st book is Lady of the Sea while the second I've just started and then put on hold called Sisters of the Sea.
Looking for Beta Readers/editors for that and Dragon Sword another series I'm writing.
Yes as for my languages It's Afrikaans and English XD
The horror though is even though people think they know what has happened, they are still very much in the dark...
But on a brighter note!
1. National foods in South Africa are Pap and Wors, Biltong, droewors and chilli-bites... (Droewors and Chilli-bites all fall under "Biltong" class for me) also "koeksisters" (Which is like a doughnut dough 'braided' and then fried and hurriedly placed in a syrup)
2. Pap can be eaten either as breakfast with some sugar and milk or as a main dish called Pap-tert (A dish where you layer stuff with pap same but unlike "Lasagne") or a side dish like with any sort of meat and PAP XD
3. Pap also has 2 ways to be maid either a gooey way almost like a porridge or a crumbly (It just depends on the amount of water used)
4. Stragnly enough Pap isn't eaten in the cape provinces...??? Don't ask me way (It's question with a horrifying answer to me... I'd rather not know why!)
5. Yes South Africans love food! We love it a lot! Or at least speaking from my point of view... I mean every party is called a "bring & Braai" (Basically you bring your own drink and food and you party with friends/family... I just noticed Afrikaans Bring and English Bring... Same word pronounced differently but same meaning in both languages LOL)
Then regarding Animals:
1. South Africa's big five (Lion, Buffalo, Rhino, Elephant and Leopard) are also like the national animals in SA
2. there are 2 types of elephants the small one which is found in India, Thailand, etc is also not a very aggressive elephant but South Africa's big Elephant that can easily stand twice a large as the small ones in the Asian Countries can be very aggressive
3. South Africa home to 2 types of Rhinos the White and the Black Rhino Originally the White Rhino was refereed to as the Wide Rhino cause of it's mouth - wide - easy to eat grass with but was misheard as White and hence today still called "White Rhino" and it's counter part the Black Rhino has a sharp mouth to eat leaves off of trees it is also the Black Rhino that is more Aggressive and should be most cautious around.
That's all the new fact could think about right now on South Africa...
