Kinda sorta? I mean, you're clearly basing your style off of stuff on Cartoon Network and Nickelodeon, but a lot of shows on there have also been heavily influenced by anime even if they don't look like it at first. (See Dexter's Lab and PowerPuff Girls for good examples) And given the roundabout history and relationships of anime and western animation, it's pretty much guaranteed at this point that most everything's in some way looks like something else no matter how indirectly.
Basically, what I'm saying here is this: You may not have intended it to look like anime, but given the history of the medium of cartooning and animation as a whole, you've probably been indirectly inspired by it in one way or another. Hope that makes sense.
