You will probably have to pay for it, but I like using Adobe InDesign for stuff like that. and you can set your page bleeds up in it too which is nice when sending your stuff to publishers/printers. There might be a free trail for a short amount of time to see if you like it.

First, be sure to save as a copy and turn off the layers if your editor doesn't need them

And then when the PDF options box comes up, there are things you can select to make the file smaller (some of which I've selected here, but the first drop down list 'Adobe PDF Preset' should cover most everything with the 'smallest file size' option)

I don't know where you got that option, but I cant get PDF anywhere, if I try to save as, the file is too big, jpeg and psb are the only options, if I try to export as, also no PDF option, and the automated PDF presentation doenst work with a single file

maybe, it's just weird that photoshop 2019 is that limited I did update to 2020 a few months ago but the sensitivity on my tablet just goes nuts so I went back

Yeah you definitely shouldn't be having that issue, that's very strange. When you save as and select PDF then save, the dialogue box for settings should show up. So after you click save nothing comes up?

How big is your file (dimensions)? I'm guessing it is likely too big for PDF because I don't see the option for PSD on that list, only PSB (PSD for really big files).

I just made an image 60k pixels high and when I went to save as, PDF wasn't an option so it does look like the height of the image is the problem.
