You could try ImageMagick or Photoscape. 
Photoscape has a GUI and I believe it has what you want (ability to choose columns/rows to split by). ImageMagick is command line, but it also has all the power you need.

You should post it Contrary to the popular opinion on this thread, I actually really enjoy the anime-style. I find it easier on my eyes, and it's appealing to me. I really like light novels in general too! They're easier for me to want to get into and read, especially on busy days.
I think it’s really amazing what you do for everyone. It takes a lot of time to do reviews and you clearly put a lot of thought and heart into yours

Yeah~~ I thought of "Houseki no Kuni" and stuff first, but I liked that aesthetic for those comics too! Tim Burton is also a good example that it reminds me of too! Especially with the genres and the way the story goes, I really enjoy it for what it is! [image]
